Public Address Systems at Ben-Gurion Airport

Since the PA system in Ben-Gurion Terminal 3 and Terminal 1 became end-of-life, there was a need to upgrade and adapt the system to the latest technologies in audio transmission over IP networks, as well as to the customer's updated operational needs.

AV Magic designed the public address system in both terminals, as well as in the fourth wing that was added to Terminal 3, and accompanied the installation. The main challenge in the project was relying on existing passive equipment, while upgrading the capabilities of the central active system, and turning its architecture to a distributed one.
